The 6-month program consists of private coaching sessions along with fieldwork to help women accomplish their organizing and productivity goals. Here’s what’s included:
  • 90-minute Success Starter Session
  • Three 60-minute private coaching calls per month
  • Email and text support between coaching calls
  • Recordings of our time together

Bonus

Lifetime access to supportive educational material, called The Roadmap, which I specifically designed for women who have a diagnosis that impairs their life. Why is it 6 months?

While small results are usually gained quickly, lasting results related to your specific organizing and productivity goals will take time to turn into habits.

What if you haven't worked with someone who has my health-based challenge(s)? Can you still help me?

Absolutely! I’ve worked with hundreds of clients who’ve had health-based challenges. Even within a single diagnosis, the way a condition “shows up” in someone can be very different.  For instance, no two people with ADHD are impacted the same. It is always my goal to partner with a client and learn where and how their diagnosis “shows up” regardless of the actual diagnosis. In addition, I’ve taken and will continue to take training.
I’m a lay-person, not a medical professional. While I can’t make diagnoses, I’m an “information hog” (someone called me this once!), so I make time to research conditions with which I’m less familiar.
Additionally, productivity and organizing challenges are similar across diagnoses. Here are a few examples of what I commonly hear:
      • “I can’t get everything done.”
      • “I’m overwhelmed by emails!”
      • “I have notes everywhere!”
      • “I can’t find things when I need them.”
      • “I have trouble getting enough sleep because of everything I need to do.”
      • “I’m unable to stick to any kind of schedule.”
      • “I have a hard time prioritizing my to-do’s.”
The systems and tools to solve these problems must be individualized for the client to be successful. I work with the whole client, of which the health situation is only one piece.
